Tasting - Forever Vineyards: Moscato

Name: Forever Vineyards
Variety: Moscato
Region: California
Country: USA
Year: 2010
Price: $FREE - it was my birthday present :)

Wine Makers Notes: This sweet, refreshing Moscato has aromas of fresh melons and peaches. Pairs perfectly with fresh fruits, sorbets and light cheeses.

Sniffy Sniff: The nose on this wine was beautiful. It was floral, clean, crisp and just made me think of summer time. It also had a strong honeydew melon nose with some rich fresh honey.

Slurppy Slurp: I loved this wine. It started of crisp and clean. The mid-pallet was very full bodied and coated the mouth with rich honey and honeydew melon. Then it finished with the clean, crisp green apple mixed with peaches and maybe a hint of kiwi on the finish.

This wine was super sweet but not too syrupy. So in the end it was amazing and I loved it, even though there were no bubbles!
